During these tough economic times, Retailbuyers.com would like to extend an invitation to North American vendors with overstock, discontinued and clearance merchandise to post their merchandise on the site “free” of charge. Retailbuyers will take only the 5% commission on orders shipped through the site, all orders are prepaid by credit card, shipping included, (please see below our “Order Sequence” document). Vendors upload their own merchandise once they are provided with a username and password to access the site. It’s easy to get started: 1. Sign up as a Vendor on our Home Page 2. Print off the Sales Agency Agreement (below) and fax it back to us at (705)446-1533 3. An email will be sent to you with a username and password so you can begin uploading your overstock merchandise. 4. Print off the Username and Password document for your records 5. That’s it! Once your merchandise is uploaded it is available to all of our 3,000 registered retailers on the site. Once a week we eblast all of our retailers with the “Deals of the Week”.

Supplier uploads merchandise onto the site E-blast is sent out to registered retailers that merchandise is up Retailers place onsite orders Orders are sent to Retailbuyers Quotations are sent to suppliers via email for verification of stock and are provided with a zip code or a postal code to provide approximate freight charges Supplier sends back quotation to Retailbuyers Retailbuyers sends quotation back to Retailer Retailer advises Retailbuyers via email if they would like to proceed with the order and agrees to all charges on the quotation Retailbuyers sends confirmed order back to supplier with complete retailer information including credit card info Supplier still has at this point ability to opt out of order if not satisfied with client Supplier invoice is prepared showing merchandise total amount minus a 5% discount (to be charged by Retailbuyers.com) (Retailer is aware that there will be two charges on their credit card statement) plus freight charges Supplier charges Retailer credit card before shipping Retailbuyers.com charges 5% to Retailer credit card Supplier ships merchandise to Retailer
